Lisa helps high-achieving women create a vision for what they want, and to thrive as they go after it with self-confidence.

With over 20 years in technology and as an investor, Lisa built large global product lines and complex organizations. She liked her work, but there was always that little voice telling her there must be something more. When she discovered coaching, Lisa realized that figuring out what’s right for you is a skill — one that anyone can learn and that she loves to share with clients.

Lisa became a Certified Coach to help executives and founders break through what’s holding them back from what they most want.

Marie has led organizations that create social impact and equity for women.

The consummate connector, Marie takes a unique approach to leadership, focused on collaboration, self-discovery and growing organizations and eco-systems. She has created innovative mentorship structures and new approaches for building community that reinvent longstanding systems that are not serving women well.

After feeling stuck in some of her career, through collaborating with others and through coaching, she built a framework to help her move forward with confidence and clarity.
